Our Return Policy in short:

  • Contact MYTHS *shop before returning any items.
  • You can return the product within 3 (three) days of delivery. Please note that you buy art works that we must handle with care.
  • The product must be in new condition. We reserve the right to deny return if art work is even slightly damaged or worn out. We deliver the art works in the condition depicted in our e-shop display. Please note that almost all our items are unique pieces.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Return Policy
Please contact MYTHS* shop before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts MYTHS* shop and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions You can return the product within 3 (three) days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
Please note that you buy art works that we must handle with care.

We reserve the right to deny return if art work is even slightly damaged or worn out.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number.
You MUST return the item via REGISTERED MAIL to get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
If you send the item via normal mail, we cannot guarantee that we will receive it and be able to exchange the returned item with another product. MYTHS* shop is not liable for returned goods that were lost on their way to MYTHS* shop address or were not delivered.
REGISTERED post is your security. However if your REGISTERED mail is lost or damaged by the Post/DHL or any third person who has no connection to MYTHS* shop, we can not swap your returned item with another product and it is your responsibility to file a damage claim at the Post/DHL and get a refund for the inconvenience.
Please, e-mail us before sending back any item adding a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. MYTHS* shop is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.MYTHS* shop is not liable for any inconvenience, delay or confiscation caused by the customs.
Want to switch to another product?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.
If the new product is more expensive we will charge you the extra amount. You have to pay the shipping cost of the new item.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, MYTHS* shop reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
